Practice Areas

  • I have over a decade of experience in criminal law - both as a prosecutor and defense attorney. Having worked both as a prosecutor and defense attorney I have a unique perspective on the criminal process and know how to identify a case’s weaknesses and attack those weaknesses on behalf of my clients.

I have successfully defended clients facing lengthy prison terms for serious felonies and obtained acquittals at trial.

I have a passion for the Fourth Amendment and routinely brief and argue motions on behalf of my clients to have their criminal cases dismissed for violations of it. Over the last several years I have obtained multiple dismissals by successfully briefing and arguing the motions prior to trial - which has saved my clients not only the cost of trial but the stress that goes along with it.

My criminal practice is focused on DUII defense and complex criminal cases.

  • I am an a aggressive, experienced, and successful trial attorney.

I love to compete and win and feel most at home when in the courtroom arguing a case. Success in litigation requires both reasoned decision-making and creative thinking.

While litigation is the tool by which many disputes are resolved, finding efficient solutions to problems prior to reaching the courthouse is a critical component to efficiently navigating the litigation world.
